This notice explains what RINFA stores about you and why. We collect the minimum needed to run the academy and to prove what you own.
Your name, email address and profile picture as supplied by the sign-in method you chose. If you link KingsChat, we store your KingsChat identifier and handle so we can deliver notifications there and count referrals correctly. We also store what you have bought, what you have completed, your wallet ledger and any certificates issued to you.
Payments are processed by our payment gateway. RINFA never sees or stores card details. We keep the amount, the currency, the gateway's reference and the outcome, because that is the record of what you own.
When someone signs up through an invite link we record the sign-up time and a one-way hash of the network address and browser. The hash cannot be reversed into an address. It exists only so an administrator can review patterns that look automated.
We email you about payments, unlocks, grades and certificates. You can turn off everything except payment receipts and unlock confirmations in Settings — those are the record of what you own, so we always send them.
Our database, authentication, file storage, email and payment providers process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
You may ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account. Deleting an account removes your profile and progress; anonymised financial records are retained where we are required to keep them. Use the Contact page to make a request.
A certificate verification page shows the holder's name, the stage, the issue date and the serial to anyone with the link. That is the point of a verifiable certificate. Nothing else about you is exposed there.
